Pet Boarding
When your furry family member stays with us, we make sure they’re safe, happy, and comfortable—just like they are at home.
Health & Safety
Boarding is available for dogs and cats 16 weeks and older who are up-to-date on vaccines and testing with a licensed veterinarian. Please bring documentation with you before your pet’s stay. If anything is missing, don’t worry—we can update vaccines or testing at check-in (additional fees apply).
To keep our facility flea-free, every pet receives a Capstar tablet when they arrive. This is safe to use with your pet’s regular prevention, works for 24 hours, and helps ensure no one goes home with unwanted critters. If any parasites are found while your pet is here, we’ll take care of them right away (treatment costs are billed to the owner).
Meals, Medications & Comfort
Regular checkups are the foundation of lifelong health for your pet. These visits allow us to establish a baseline for your pet’s overall well-being and detect changes that could signal potential problems.
Preventative care—such as routine bloodwork, vaccinations, and diagnostics—helps us catch small issues before they turn into bigger concerns. Too often, health problems go unnoticed until symptoms appear, which can make treatment more difficult.
- Meals: If your pet is on a special diet, please bring their food with you. Otherwise, we provide Hill’s Sensitive Skin & Stomach dry food.
- Medications: All medications must come in their original packaging.
- Comfort items: We provide cozy bedding, blankets, and bowls. You’re welcome to bring one toy or a small item with your scent if it helps your pet feel at ease, but please note we can’t be responsible for damage or loss.
- Leashes & collars: Please take these home with you at drop-off.
Daily Care
Dogs enjoy multiple walks each day, yard time, and lots of attention from our staff. For safety, all dogs are leash-walked individually, but pups from the same family can walk together.
Please note that while we provide attentive care, our facility is not staffed 24 hours a day, though we do make sure that pets are walked first thing in the morning and again at closing as part of our routine.
Bathing Before Pickup
Want your pet to be fresh and clean when you pick them up? Just let us know! Baths are done on the day of pickup (please plan for afternoon pickup so we have time). If your pickup is on Saturday, the bath will be given on Friday.
Please follow the guidelines for pickup and drop-off times below so that we have time to get your fur babies settled in.
Drop-off & Pickup Times:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 11:30 am
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
- Wednesdays: Closed 10:00 am – 2:00 pm for staff training
