What to Expect at Your First Visit
When you arrive at our hospital, you can expect:

Save Time Before Your Appointment
To help your first visit go smoothly, we encourage you to complete your new client paperwork in advance. You can:
- Fill out our New Client Form online before your appointment.
- Upload or send us your pet’s medical records so our doctors have a complete picture of their health.
- Complete a Boarding & Bathing Agreement if your pet will be staying with us for boarding or enjoying a bath.
Helpful Information for New Clients
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment.
- Dogs should be on a leash, and cats or small pets should be in a secure carrier.
- Bring any medications your pet is currently taking.
- If your pet has special dietary needs for boarding or medical reasons, please let us know in advance.
